Introduction
The learner dashboard experience can be customized to suit the needs of your organization or learners. For more information about the experience from the learner’s perspective, see Learner Dashboard Experience.
Learner dashboard features
These settings can be found under Account Settings > Learner dashboard experience, and all are enabled by default.
- Enable Learner Dashboard: If this is disabled, training links will take learners directly to the associated course, and the learner dashboard will be inaccessible. The learner dashboard allows learners to review previously-completed courses and access completion certificates. It is recommended that the dashboard be enabled.
- Enable PhishSim on Learner Dashboard: Allows learners to see a list of PhishSim emails they have received and interacted with.
- Enable module recommendations on learner dashboard: Displays a rotating list of optional modules for learners to view from their dashboard. The number of recommended videos will decrease as learners receive training on more topics.
